I am currently hiring 6 Remote Customer Service Representatives to work for a security company. These roles offer remote flexibility, however candidates MUST BE located in Jacksonville, FL. This will be a 3 month contract role with the opportunity for extension or conversion upon successful completion of the contract.

MUST PROVIDE OWN DEVICE TO ROLE (Requirements listed below)

Schedule: Must be available Mon - Sun (Including Weekends) any shift between the hours of 8am - 10pm

Job Description:

• Will be responsible for a high volume amount of calls that are inbound
• Speaks to customers around device issues/troubleshooting
• Coordinates payment efforts and bill processing

Device Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of Windows 10 (Windows 11 is also compatible) on computer
• Must have modem connection - Must be hardwired to your computer via ethernet cable
• Must have own Home computer, additional second monitor and headset that will allow agent to answer calls
• Computer must have a minimum processor: Core i3 with 16GB of RAM
• Must have USB headset that is Avaya compatible for incoming customer interactions
• Candidate must have a minimum of 25mbps upload and 25mbps download
